Hi, I’m Amalia — a 54-year-old mom of two teenage girls, and someone who’s been navigating the ups and downs of perimenopause for nearly a decade (even though I didn’t realize it at first!). I was still having cycles and thought I was just “off”… turns out, I was in perimenopause. Sound familiar?
As a menopause coach, what sets me apart is a powerful mix of lived experience and deep professional training. I’ve spent over 30 years in the health and wellness space — as a group fitness instructor, a fitness competitor, and with 40+ years of formal dance training. I’ve also supported women with perimenopause support as a pre- and postnatal fitness specialist, and I hold certifications including my PMP, MPEd, and HPMC through Fit Chicks Academy.
